Crave Industries, LLC is a California-based food manufacturer specializing in premium frozen organic ginger and lemon juice products.
At the time of application, Crave Industries manufactures one organic product, Ging-ë -lems, consisting of individually portioned frozen packets made from certified organic ginger juice and certified organic lemon juice.
Our manufacturing process includes receiving certified organic raw ingredients from approved suppliers, verifying current organic certificates, washing, juicing, straining, blending according to approved formulations, packaging into individual single-serve packets, High Pressure Processing (HPP) by an approved service provider, and frozen storage and distribution. Organic integrity is maintained through documented receiving procedures, lot identification, traceability, sanitation practices, and recordkeeping throughout production and distribution.
Crave Industries is committed to maintaining compliance with the USDA National Organic Program by sourcing certified organic ingredients, preventing commingling and contamination, maintaining complete traceability, and following all applicable organic handling requirements.
Initially, the company will manufacture Ging-ë -lems for wholesale distribution to retailers, distributors, foodservice, hospitality, and e-commerce customers throughout the United States. As the business grows, Crave Industries plans to expand distribution into international markets while maintaining compliance with all applicable organic certification requirements.
