Review this document for instructions on how to request a Certificate of Inspection (COI) in the EU TRACES system for exports to the EU or Switzerland. Once you know you will be shipping to the EU or Switzerland, login to the EU TRACES system, create a draft COI request, and send to CCOF for authorization before the shipment leaves the country of port.
