Update to CCOF’s International Labeling Guidelines

When you design labels for export outside of the United States, be sure to check out CCOF’s International Labeling Guide. We update this resource any time there are changes or clarifications to international labeling requirements.

Recent updates include clarifying that the JAS seal is required on both retail and non-retail labels, and that Korea now allows wines certified to the USDA NOP “Made with Organic Grapes” standard to be exported to Korea under the U.S./South Korea equivalence arrangement. Wine may contain sulfur dioxide and may be labeled as either “Made with Organic Grapes” or “Organic Wine” for export to Korea.
