CCOF now offers verification for exports from Mexico to Canada through the Global Market Access Program. Operations certified to the CCOF Mexico Compliance Program for verification to Mexico organic regulations (LPO) are eligible under the Canada–Mexico organic equivalency arrangement.
Program requirements are available in the CCOF Global Market Access Manual and on the SENASICA and CFIA and websites.

Note: Operations certified to USDA NOP standards may continue exporting to Canada under the U.S.–Canada equivalency arrangement if already enrolled.
