The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) has published the latest update to the COR Operating Manual. CCOF is evaluating this new version 21 for applicable impacts on operations in Canada. We will notify COR certified operations if any action is needed. The implementation date for the revisions is December 31, 2026.
