The inspector must confirm, with an authorized representative of the operation, the accuracy and completeness of observations and information gathered during the on-site inspection. Additional concerns or information requests may be added after this exit interview.
Inspector: Please provide a list of any DSD suppliers not previously identified at the end of the Inspector Observations section. List new suppliers by identifying Department, item type and brand (if applicable), and full supplier name. Photograph any related sign/label and invoice to submit with report.
Attention Whole Foods Team Leader/ Member: This exit interview list is NOT an action item list. The organic inspector’s role is to observe and report. No decisions or changes to WFM store operations or department procedures should be made as a response to the inspection. The report will be reviewed by a CCOF Certification Specialist who will make recommendations and the final certification decision.
