3.1 Mexico Compliance Program

Complete this self-training if requested by an inspection supervisor. CCOF operations located in Mexico and operations outside of Mexico that export final/Finished product to Mexico should be enrolled in the 3.1 Mexico Compliance Program. Prior to conducting an inspection that includes the 3.1 Program, review these items: 


When you perform inspections of operations enrolled in this program: 

  1. Verify that the MCP application has been collected from the client.
  2. Collect and submit the application, if missing.
  3. Complete the MCP Checklist questions. 
  4. If an inspection work order does not reflect enrollment in the MCP for an operation you believe should be enrolled, please contact the assigning inspection supervisor.

CCOF growers that contract their production under Driscoll’s Inc. should be enrolled in the 4.6 US (or the 4.6.1 MX) DSA Growers Materials List & Services Program. Due to unique certification and inspection procedures covered under the DSA/CCOF Service Agreement, the review the items below, which are saved in the Driscoll’s Grower Documents Dropbox Folder

  • DRI Grower OSP Addendum 
  • Driscoll’s Commercial Availability Letter 8-12-20 
  • Pr055 - Labels 
  • Driscoll’s Materials List folder which includes the US and MX approved input lists
