We are a husband and wife team that produces all of our products seasonally, by hand and in very small batches. We sell our products direct at farmers’ markets and through a few specialty retailers and restaurants in Northern California. We produce a variety of Certified Organic artisan cow cheeses with locally sourced cow milk as well as farmstead sheep cheese made with milk from our own flock of dairy sheep raised on Organic pastures. Our flock of sheep is humane certified through the Animal Welfare Institute and our creamery is a Mixed Use Certified Organic processing facility.
