Description

The SF Bay delta is a wonder of the world. Its thousand miles of waterways is the reason most of the fish on the pacific coast are within 100 miles. The islands are incredibly fertile. Conventional farming causes the land to sink at an alarming rate, up to an inch a year. This is due to oxidizing the tule peat which underlays the area. Some parts of islands are 30ft below sea level in an earthquake zone. We develop rapid soil building methods which will hopefully save the islands and restore the channels.
