Salt and Savour


Salt and Savour Sauerkraut is produced in beautiful Dunsmuir, California. We make our product in small batches using the traditional method mixing shredded cabbage (and spices) with salt, and letting it ferment at its natural pace, then cold-packing the final product without heat sealing. This gives our product that perfect crispness, with a rich flavor that you’d expect from real food, produced without hurry.
