International Spice Kits (iSpiceKits) was conceived to simplify cooking and create healthy dishes that fit a busy lifestyle. It was started for the health conscious, busy home cook to make delicious, gourmet dishes easy and convenient. Based on our experiences in cooking Indian food for decades, we created blends from numerous spices and a simple method to cook gourmet dishes. iSpiceKits package comes with organic spice blends and a recipe booklet. What makes iSpiceKits different is that it cuts the time, trouble and cost of buying numerous individual spices, eliminating wastage and clutter on kitchen shelf and, very simple recipes. Unlike traditional single recipe spice packets with often disproportionate mixtures, iSpice kits are three special blends of organic spices, proportionally mixed from over twenty individual spices, that help create several healthy, gourmet, meat, vegetarian and vegan dishes. For all recipes, blends are used in different proportions with meat or vegetables of choice, to create a variety of dishes. These blends give control over the amount of spice and salt per your liking. iSpiceKits blends do not contain salt, sugar, MSG or preservatives. All of our spices are certified organic.
