Named for his grandmother Santina-who, along with his grandfather, was born and raised in Scandale, Calabria – the tight-knit town where his great-grandparents once owned the very olive grove we’ve now reclaimed. Our Florida-based company was created to preserve this family land, celebrate its timeless traditions, and stay connected to the people and heritage that shaped generations. Driven by this legacy, we partner exclusively with a Scandale olive farm (Azienda Agricola Astorino Carmine) to produce and share Calabria’s most authentic treasure pristine, small-batch. organic, cold-pressed, extra virgin olive oil.
