123 Farm is located on the grounds of Highland Springs Resort, a historic Resort with Hotel (since 1884), Meeting Rooms, Fine Dining Restaurant (The Grand Oak Steakhouse & Bar), Science Camp, Organic Farm (since 1854) and hopefully in the future also a Wellness-Center / Natural Health clinic, Vineyard and Dairy.
We host an annual Lavender Festival in June, Olive and Wine Festival in October and sponsor other festivals and events year-round. We host conferences and groups as well as weddings and retreats.Our Chef tries to source as many ingredients as possible locally, sustainably and organic as possible, while we supply vegetables, herbs, grass-fed meat and eggs from our own Farm. The Property includes 2400 Acres, mostly wild-lands and hills with hiking trials. Approx. 120 Acres are used used for farming. We are surrounded by National Forest, parks and nature preserves and like to educate the public about natural health, organics and the environment.
