2027 Annual Certification Fee Adjustment for NOP, COR, & OCal
CCOF will implement a 5% increase in annual certification fees for 2027.
This adjustment reflects our move toward small, predictable annual increases—a strategy designed to minimize the need for larger, infrequent changes. By making modest updates each year, we aim to provide greater financial clarity and stability for our members.
The fee changes are effective October 1, 2026, and existing clients will see them on their 2027 Annual Renewal Invoice sent in early November.
CCOF remains deeply committed to keeping certification affordable and competitive with other accredited certifiers. We understand the importance of cost predictability for organic operations and strive to ensure that our fees reflect the value of the services we provide.
The adjusted fee schedule can be found in the CCOF Certification Services Program Manual on October 1 and on the back of your 2027 annual fee invoice (mailed in early November).
The USDA Organic Cost Share program has returned, and certified operations can apply to receive reimbursement of certification fees up to $750 per scope. Learn more about the program here.
