Inspection Billing Rate Updates
At CCOF, we periodically review inspection billing rates to ensure we can continue providing excellent service, compensate our inspectors fairly, and keep pace with rising operational costs.
Beginning January 1, 2026, billing rates will increase by 5%. This adjustment is more modest than previous increases and remains below inflation since our last update in 2023.
The new rates will be:
- Inspection time (preparation, on-site, report writing): $90/hour
- Travel time: $50/hour
