The implementation deadline for the Strengthening Organic Enforcement (SOE) rulemaking by the USDA National Organic Program is right around the corner. CCOF is working hard to ensure our clients are supported and have the information they need to meet this year’s March 19 deadline.
Please review your Compliance Report in MyCCOF and respond to any requests for information by the due date indicated. If you have already sent us your response, no action is needed. You can track your submission and its status in the MyCCOF Action Item Tracker: My Updates.
Please note that failure to respond to an item may lead to an escalation of the issue per the CCOF Certification Services Program Manual.
