CCOF is developing Customer Service Principles, and we need member voices to make sure that we capture what matters most to you. Please join a listening session this April to tell us what great service from CCOF looks like in practice. Your input will shape how we work with you going forward. We value your time and are offering $50 for the hour, either as credit to your certification account or as direct payment.
