At Solminer Wine we combine a love for creativity and art with a passion for organic, sustainable and environmentally-friendly solutions. We use our studies in Enology and Viticulture at UC Davis to farm our three-acre vineyard and farmhouse and provide our best grape varietals including Gruner Veltliner, Blaufrankisch and our great California Syrah.
