The CCOF Foundation is thrilled to announce its newest Visionary-level supporter, the Rustic Canyon Family. This independent restaurant group in Santa Monica, California, features a variety of neighborhood dining destinations in partnership with talented and award-winning leaders in food and wine. Learn more about the family at their website.
Since the 2006 opening of farmers’-market-driven and Michelin-starred Rustic Canyon, the family has expanded to include Huckleberry Bakery & Café, Sweet Rose Creamery, Milo & Olive, Cassia, Esters Wine Shop & Bar, Tallula’s, Milo SRO, and Birdie G’s.
All the restaurants draw inspiration and ingredients from local farmers, ranchers, winemakers, and artisans practicing organic or regenerative methods that protect natural resources.
The group has long been a leader in supporting their community through fundraising, donating food, and volunteering their time. Rustic Canyon Family has raised over $1.56 million for LA-based nonprofits Upward Bound House, The People Concern, Program for Torture Victims, and countless other organizations focused on the environment, racial equality, education, and feeding those in need. This new partnership with the CCOF Foundation builds on the family’s commitment to uplift farmers who use planet-friendly practices and to raise awareness of regenerative organic farming so that the Rustic Canyon Family can keep doing what they love: bringing people together over delicious, nourishing food.
