This winter CCOF launched a survey of our membership to learn more about your certified organic businesses and to improve CCOF services. If you have not completed your survey, there is still time to submit!
How do I submit my CCOF member survey?
Members within the United States: CCOF members based within the United States were mailed a hard copy of the survey with an addressed return envelope. Please use the addressed return envelope and do not mail your survey to CCOF. Members can also complete the survey online at www.opinion.wsu.edu/ccof using their personal access code.
Members outside the United States: CCOF members based outside the United States can complete the survey online at www.opinion.wsu.edu/ccof using their personal access code.
Where can I find my personal access code?
Your personal access code was mailed to you and provided via email. Search your email for “WSU” and “CCOF survey” for an email with your code and be sure to check your spam and junk folders. If you cannot find your code or want to request a new code, contact Peter Nell at email@example.com.
Each CCOF member was provided a personal access code to ensure impartiality and anonymity by our survey partner, Washington State University’s Social and Economic Sciences Research Center (SESRC). CCOF does not have access to your personal code but can submit a request for the code to be resent to you.
Why should I submit the CCOF member survey?
We are surveying members to learn more about your certified organic business and how to improve CCOF services. After the last member survey, CCOF focused on increasing certification support for members by decreasing wait times and providing more resources to members. CCOF also launched policy initiatives and CCOF Foundation programs stemmed from the responses. The results from our survey will provide CCOF leadership with data and ideas to help us improve and expand our services and programs. The survey will take around 15 minutes to complete and you can start and stop it anytime.
If you are having trouble accessing the survey or have questions about the survey, please contact Peter Nell at firstname.lastname@example.org.
