Join the CCOF Foundation on January 23, 2019 in Pacific Grove, California for the final trainings in our FSMA food safety workshop series. The workshops will be offered in English and Spanish and meet the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) training requirement for produce growers.

Thanks to a grant from the USDA National Institute of Food and Agriculture, workshop tickets only cost $35 per attendee. Without grant support, these trainings can cost hundreds of dollars per person.

Our January trainings are hosted as pre-conference events at the 2019 EcoFarm conference. You do not need to attend the EcoFarm conference to participate in the pre-conference workshops. You can register for the workshops via the EcoFarm registration page. To register for the English workshop, scroll down to select the “Wed: PSA-Approved Food Safety Workshop for Produce Growers” option in the pre-conference section of the registration page. To register for the Spanish workshop, select the “miercoles: Taller de Inocuidad Alimentaria (Food Safety) Aprobado por PSA en Español” pre-conference option.

To find out whether your produce farm is required to attend a mandatory FSMA food safety training, read our FSMA Basics for Produce Growers blog post or watch a recording of the ‘How Do I Need to Comply with FSMA?’ webinar.
