Description

We deliver fresh produce to market within a maximum of 48 hours after harvest and usually as soon as eight to 12 hours. That greatly increases the nutritional content and flavor of produce. This allows vegetables to retain a lot more taste and nutritional bang than produce from most other farms. Our operation is designed as self-sustaining and will eventually recycle nearly 100 percent of its waste.
