CCOF Foundation Receives Support from Awe Sum Organics for Future Organic Farmer Grant Fund

Awe Sum Organics is an importer of organic produce from growers in the Southern Hemisphere. We specialize in the import of apples, kiwifruit, pears, grapes, citrus, and blueberries from countries such as New Zealand, Argentina, Chile, and Peru.

CCOF Foundation Trustees Visit Pacific Elementary School

On November 17, CCOF Foundation Trustees Allen Harthorn (Harpos Organics), Phil LaRocca (LaRocca Vineyards), and Malcolm Ricci (Bolthouse Farms), and CCOF staff Cathy Calfo, Jessy Beckett Parr, and Madelaine Baer visited with students, teachers, and parent volunteers at Pacific Elementary School in Davenport, California.

CCOF’s 2016 Annual Meeting & Conference – Drafting a Blueprint for an Organic World

On February 29, over 170 organic farmers, producers, policy makers, researchers, and business leaders came together in Sacramento to discuss the future of organic at CCOF’s 2016 Annual Meeting & Conference. At the Annual Meeting, keynote speaker Nikiko Masumoto set the tone for the day with an inspiring talk about being a second generation farmer.
