CCOF is pleased to announce the addition of PrimusGFS to our food safety certification services for the organic sector. Effective immediately, CCOF is accepting applications from farmers, coolers/distributors, harvest crews, packing houses, and processors of produce. CCOF is now accepting applications from licensed cannabis operations in the state of California for the new OCal comparable-to-organic program.
Every year, certified operations are required to submit an annual certification renewal contract and pay certification fees for the next year. In early November, we will mail your renewal package, which includes your renewal contract and annual certification fee invoice. We will also send an email with your renewal information.
By January 1, 2022, all organic products sold in Korea must comply with two new label requirements:

If you co-pack products for multiple brands, you may want a limited client profile, which lists only specific brands to protect the identity of the different brands you are working with. At any time, you may request a custom CCOF Client Profile that lists only specific brands for no additional charge.
Certification cost share is a program that reimburses organic operations 75% of eligible certification-related costs up to a maximum of $750 per certified scope. Certification cost share is now open in the state of California and will be in other states soon. CCOF is preparing helpful instruction documents and tools to help you navigate the cost share forms. Look for them by May 1!
CCOF is excited to announce that 33% of its members in California have successfully applied for the organic certification cost-share rebate, which refunds 75% of certification-related expenses up to a maximum of $750 per certified scope of operation.
We encourage the remainder of CCOF-certified members to apply for certification cost share in California before the postmark deadline of November 29, 2014. We also encourage members in other states to submit applications for cost share according to their state deadlines.
