Oz Farm is seeking a full time, residential or locally based Maintenance person. This position is for someone who either enjoys living communally on the land or who lives locally in close proximity to the farm.

The Maintenance person is responsible for general upkeep, infrastructure projects, groundskeeping and landscaping, and preventative maintenance on Oz infrastructure and machinery.

Job Opening: Habitat Restoration Team Member

Apricot Lane Farms is a 234-acre organic & biodynamic-certified farm integrated within a reawakened ecosystem. As part of its commitment to farming regeneratively, Apricot Lane Farms employs a small habitat restoration team to tend the farm’s biodiversity reserves. Under the direction of Farm Management, the team maintains designated habitat areas, which are planted with natives propagated on site in the nursery. Job Opening: Soil Biology Program Manager

We are currently seeking a Soil Biology Program Manager for our 93-acre diversified agricultural estate with a specific responsibility for a 2-acre market garden. This role is designed for an individual deeply passionate and knowledgeable about soil science, compost production, and regenerative agricultural practices. The primary focus of this position will be to enhance soil health through innovative trials, manage our comprehensive composting efforts, and develop protocols for our biology programs including compost tea applications.

Key Responsibilities:
