Grants & Funding

The CCOF Foundation empowers organic professionals to grow organic agriculture, which in turns creates a more prosperous, resilient world. Our grant programs offer support during pivotal times in an organic professional’s journey.

Future Organic Farmers

Future Organic Farmers gives $5,000 scholarships to students and early career farmers for organic-focused studies in college or vocational programs.

Organic Transition

The Organic Transition program gives three-year grants of $10,000 a year to farmers transitioning their land to organic production. Grantees receive multi-year funding, peer-to-peer support, and technical assistance with agronomy, business, financial literacy, marketing, and market development.

Hardship Assistance Fund

The Bricmont Hardship Assistance Fund gives direct financial assistance from $1,000-$20,000 to organic farmers and processors recovering from disasters.

Education

CCOF helps organic professionals refine their craft through targeted, low- or no-cost educational offerings that strengthen organic businesses and provide ongoing professional development.

Transition to Organic Partnership Program (TOPP)

The Transition to Organic Partnership Program (TOPP) is a nationwide initiative to provide mentorship, technical assistance, and wrap-around support to transitioning and existing organic producers.
