With MyCCOF, you’ll never need to guess if a material has been reviewed. All CCOF internally-reviewed materials, OMRI Products List© materials, and WSDA Brand Name List materials can now be searched in one place! In your MyCCOF Material Search you can check the status of any of the +11,000 listed materials and request they be added to your Organic System Plan (OSP) any time, day or night, even with a smartphone! Previous review statuses are visible in our search engine, and you will receive updates as soon as the material has been reviewed for your use.
Every time we send you a Compliance Report, you can respond using MyCCOF Action Item Tracker. Check out the FAQ for details on how to respond. The “My Action Items” tab shows what we have requested from you. Every time you send an update or request to CCOF, we assign your item a due date and track how quickly it’s completed. You can follow this process in the MyCCOF “My Updates” sub-tab that can be found under the “Action Item Tracker” tab. “My Updates” shows the inbox items we have received from you and the date they we aim to complete them. If you require immediate review, CCOF’s rush review service guarantees quick turnaround.
Are your CCOF suppliers’ certifications current? MyCCOF Certificate Portal makes managing supplier certification easier. Find CCOF certificates in one place and easily identify their standing: green, yellow, or red indicators allow for quick review of certification status. Access CCOF Certificates today in MyCCOF. The CCOF Certificate Portal is not your Organic System Plan (OSP) and does not reflect your approved suppliers. Choosing to track a CCOF operation DOES NOT connect that operation to your OSP.
