Certification Updates

CCOF staff are working from home and the CCOF office is closed to the public. Please note that our response time may be slower than usual to your requests, especially with school and childcare closures impacting our team members. 

For our certified members, please note the following: 
  • If you or your operation are impacted by COVID-19 and you need additional support, such as due date extensions, we are here to help. Contact us at (831) 423-2263 or inbox@ccof.org
  • Export documents may be delayed by a day or two. Please submit them as early as possible. 
  • We cannot accept 2-day Rush requests. We can accept 5-day Rush requests. All 2-day Rush requests will be reviewed in 5 business days.
  • Your annual inspection may take additional time to review. If you need a new certificate in the meantime, please email inbox@ccof.org
  • Organic inspection appointments may be impacted to protect both your health and the inspector’s health. Certified members with upcoming inspections will be notified by email and phone if their inspection appointment will be changed. We ask that you cancel your inspection if you are exhibiting flu-like symptoms, and we are also happy to help you reschedule if you have other COVID-19 concerns. Email inspectionoperations@ccof.org for assistance.
