I am a contact for multiple operations. How do I access information for each operation?

Log in to MyCCOF and go to ‘Choose another account’ The ‘Companies’ list will show all operations that you are currently a contact for. To access the information for a specific account, click on the name or the client ID of the operation.

You will be brought to the home screen for the operation selected and will have access to all information connected to that specific operation.

How do I submit a request to update my profile (add acreage, add product, OSP updates, etc.)?

Please submit all required documents via email to inbox@ccof.org, fax to (831) 423-4528, or by mail to the CCOF home address. For processors and Handlers, use the Handler OSP Update Guide to ensure you submit all forms.

Once the request is received an ‘Action Item’ will be made which you can track in your MyCCOF account. Access the ‘Action Items’ tab to view and track all pending requests.

Organic Marketing 101: A Guide for Getting Your Products to Market

Many different market channels exist for your organic product but not all channels will align with your goals, values, product line, and personality. Choosing the perfect market for your product can be overwhelming, so choose what market channel suits you best before you make a major investment in your cropping plan or product recipe. This tool will help you select the perfect channel for your business, with an emphasis on finding the right avenue for your end consumers.

Should I inform CCOF if I am moving my operation to a new address?

Yes! Always submit changes that may affect compliance to CCOF for review. Changes to your facility location may require an update to your OSP and an additional inspection.

If your address is changing because your office or billing location has changed, simply complete the Equipment, Facility or Address Change Form and confirm that no organic storage, processing, or packaging occurs there.

Product Application

Describe your finished organic products and the location where products are processed. Attach labels and co-packer certificates to this form. When you add a new product, submit a new Product Application, along with the H2.0B (for multi-ingredient products) and submit all labels. For additional information about adding a new product, read the related FAQ.
