Submit a Co-Packer Application form for each private label brand owner you process for.

Submit a Co-Packer Application form and the organic certificate for the certified private label owner. Certificate should list the product and brand.**

* If your CCOF certified co-packer or private label owner is an authorized contact for your operation, we can accept updates for both operations at the same time. Let us know if you would like to add an authorized contact by emailing inbox@ccof.org

** In general, the co-packer will submit the product for approval to their certifier as the first step in the process. This means that the certified private label owner’s certificate might not yet list the specific branded product at the time of approval for the co-packer.
