Desde la granja hasta el cami\u00f3n y el plato, los productos ecol\u00f3gicos certificados se rastrean mediante m\u00e9todos meticulosos y transparentes para combatir el fraude y garantizar que los consumidores puedan confiar en que lo que compran es realmente ecol\u00f3gico.<\/p>\n<p>Como certificadora acreditada por el USDA, los inspectores de CCOF controlan cuidadosamente las explotaciones certificadas en inspecciones anuales (incluidas las inspecciones sin previo aviso) para garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas ecol\u00f3gicas.El USDA puede incluso imponer sanciones civiles contra las operaciones que cometan fraude ecol\u00f3gico. Las auditor\u00edas de la cadena de suministro de CCOF y los registros detallados que mantienen los clientes de CCOF garantizan que los productos que llevan la etiqueta ecol\u00f3gica del USDA puedan rastrearse con confianza desde las granjas hasta los estantes de las tiendas.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Aspectos destacados de los logros en materia de integridad de la certificaci\u00f3n en 2024<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Con la reciente publicaci\u00f3n del informe anual de impacto 2024 del CCOF, destacamos algunos de los logros de los que nos sentimos m\u00e1s orgullosos para promover la integridad de la certificaci\u00f3n en 2024:<\/p>\n<p>Para garantizar que todos los clientes del CCOF cumplen las normas m\u00e1s estrictas, 79 inspectores del CCOF realizaron 6.480 inspecciones en 2024. M\u00e1s de 270 de ellas fueron inspecciones no anunciadas, que refuerzan la integridad de la etiqueta ecol\u00f3gica.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de una combinaci\u00f3n de inspecciones anunciadas y no anunciadas, el CCOF tambi\u00e9n realiza pruebas de residuos de pesticidas en los productos que se venden como ecol\u00f3gicos. Esto permite a los consumidores confiar plenamente en que los alimentos que consumen no contienen sustancias qu\u00edmicas peligrosas o nocivas. En 2024, el CCOF realiz\u00f3 224 pruebas de residuos de pesticidas. De ellas, la gran mayor\u00eda (179 pruebas) no dieron ning\u00fan resultado.<\/p>\n<p>El CCOF se toma muy en serio la detecci\u00f3n de residuos e investiga cada detecci\u00f3n positiva de residuos, incluso si s\u00f3lo se ha detectado un nivel muy bajo de residuos. El CCOF eval\u00faa cada caso para determinar si es necesario excluir el cultivo de la venta como ecol\u00f3gico. De las 59 investigaciones realizadas en 2024, 28 resultaron en la exclusi\u00f3n de la venta ecol\u00f3gica. El CCOF trabaja duro para garantizar que los consumidores puedan confiar en los productos que llevan la etiqueta ecol\u00f3gica del USDA.<\/p>\n<p>El CCOF se toma muy en serio la integridad ecol\u00f3gica a todos los niveles, no s\u00f3lo realizando investigaciones detalladas de cultivos y productos individuales, sino tambi\u00e9n investigando operaciones enteras para asegurarse de que cada cliente mantiene unos est\u00e1ndares elevados.<\/p>\n<p>En 2024, el CCOF hizo un esfuerzo adicional para mejorar nuestro sistema de evaluaci\u00f3n de riesgos y garantizar la realizaci\u00f3n de auditor\u00edas de trazabilidad de la cadena de suministro en las operaciones de alto riesgo y adaptar la supervisi\u00f3n en consecuencia. Esto nos permite detectar las operaciones que no respetan las normas ecol\u00f3gicas y retirar sus productos de la cadena antes de que lleguen a los consumidores.<\/p>\n<p>La fiabilidad del sello ecol\u00f3gico es una prioridad absoluta para el CCOF.
