Si es as\u00ed, \u00fanase a la Fundaci\u00f3n CCOF en noviembre para el tercer seminario web de nuestra <a href=\"https:\/\/ccof.org\/es\/blog\/fsma-101-organic-processors-webinar-series\/\">Serie FSMA 101 para procesadores ecol\u00f3gicos<\/a>donde repasaremos los requisitos de una instalaci\u00f3n totalmente cubierta, revisaremos la formaci\u00f3n necesaria y recorreremos el proceso de registro en la FDA.<\/p>\n<p>Su empresa alimentaria debe cumplir plenamente la Norma de Controles Preventivos de la FSMA si<\/p>\n<p>- su empresa lleva a cabo actividades que no se consideran de transformaci\u00f3n de \"bajo riesgo\" para cumplir la exenci\u00f3n de las instalaciones de tipo mixto; o bien<\/p>\n<p>- su empresa factura m\u00e1s de $1 millones en ventas anuales, ajustadas a la inflaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Durante este seminario web, cubriremos los requisitos para una instalaci\u00f3n de procesamiento de alimentos totalmente cubierta bajo la Regla de Controles Preventivos FSMA, incluyendo los documentos requeridos para el plan de seguridad alimentaria, el proceso de an\u00e1lisis de peligros y los diferentes tipos de controles preventivos requeridos para varios peligros identificados.<\/p>\n<p>La mayor parte del contenido de esta serie se aplica a los procesadores de alimentos de todo Estados Unidos. Una peque\u00f1a parte del contenido abordar\u00e1 la seguridad alimentaria espec\u00edfica de cada estado.
