La nueva norma <a data-entity-substitution=\"canonical\" data-entity-type=\"node\"       data-entity-uuid=\"c4b9250e-14b3-4154-99d0-02ef14587c18\" href=\"\/es\/node\/10532391\/\">exige que algunas operaciones anteriormente exentas obtengan ahora la certificaci\u00f3n<\/a>. Las operaciones afectadas deben ser       <strong>TOTALMENTE certificado antes del 19 de marzo de 2024,<\/strong> seguir manejando productos org\u00e1nicos. Los clientes certificados por el CCOF deben revisar los <a data-entity-substitution=\"canonical\"       data-entity-type=\"node\" data-entity-uuid=\"6d4f04c6-cd1d-4521-906a-f9a8088343fd\"       href=\"\/es\/node\/10461246\/\">Declaraci\u00f3n jurada de manejador exento<\/a> y proporcionarla a las operaciones aplicables de su red.<\/p>\n<h4><em><strong>El momento perfecto para solicitarlo<\/strong><\/em><\/h4>\n<p>Si usted o una empresa con la que trabaja se ve afectada por la norma SOE y ahora necesita obtener la certificaci\u00f3n, \u00a1no hay mejor momento para iniciar el proceso! Por t\u00e9rmino medio, un nuevo solicitante tarda aproximadamente tres meses en obtener la certificaci\u00f3n siguiendo los plazos normales de revisi\u00f3n del CCOF. Este plazo puede ampliarse si se env\u00eda una oleada de solicitudes justo antes de la fecha l\u00edmite del 19 de marzo de 2024. Si las solicitudes se env\u00edan en septiembre u octubre de 2023, es posible obtener la certificaci\u00f3n antes del nuevo a\u00f1o y evitar estos retrasos. <em>Anime a las empresas de su cadena de suministro a informarse y actuar ya.<\/em><\/p>\n<h4><em><strong>\u00a1Solicite ahora y AHORRE!<\/strong><\/em><\/h4>\n<p>CCOF est\u00e1 bien preparado para ayudar a la industria org\u00e1nica a cumplir y continuar sin problemas la producci\u00f3n despu\u00e9s del 19 de marzo de 2024. Cuanto antes env\u00eden sus solicitudes las empresas afectadas, m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil ser\u00e1 la transici\u00f3n. Estamos ofreciendo las siguientes reducciones de tasas a las operaciones que den prioridad a enviar una solicitud en 2023.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Para las solicitudes enviadas antes de\u00a0<strong>31 de diciembre de 2023<\/strong>la tasa ser\u00e1 de $200.<\/li>\n<li>Para las solicitudes enviadas en 2024, se aplicar\u00e1 la tasa completa de $350.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><em><strong>P\u00f3ngase en contacto con el CCOF<\/strong><\/em><\/h4>\n<p>Nuestro equipo de atenci\u00f3n al solicitante est\u00e1 deseando responder a sus preguntas y prestar apoyo a su red.
