{"id":32969,"date":"2022-12-19T21:21:57","date_gmt":"2022-12-19T21:21:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ccof.org\/national-list-changespaper-pots-and-low-acyl-gellan-gum\/"},"modified":"2025-08-12T18:48:57","modified_gmt":"2025-08-12T18:48:57","slug":"national-list-changespaper-pots-and-low-acyl-gellan-gum","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ccof.org\/es\/news\/national-list-changespaper-pots-and-low-acyl-gellan-gum\/","title":{"rendered":"Cambios en la Lista Nacional-Papeleras y Goma Gellan de bajo contenido en acilo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El 14 de diciembre de 2022, el Programa Org\u00e1nico Nacional (NOP) del USDA agreg\u00f3 los siguientes materiales a la Lista Nacional de Sustancias Permitidas y Prohibidas (Lista Nacional) y actualiz\u00f3 el lenguaje como se indica a continuaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Goma gellan baja en acilo a\u00f1adida a \u00a7205.605(b) para su uso por procesadores y fabricantes como ingrediente en productos \"ecol\u00f3gicos\" y \"elaborados con productos ecol\u00f3gicos\".<\/li>\n<li>Ayudas de papel para la plantaci\u00f3n de cultivos a\u00f1adidas a \u00a7205.601 como ayuda sint\u00e9tica a la producci\u00f3n permitida\n<ul>\n<li>Los materiales deben ser papel virgen o reciclado, sin papel satinado ni tintas de color, y deben ajustarse a la definici\u00f3n de \"ayuda a la plantaci\u00f3n de cultivos a base de papel\".<\/li>\n<li>\u00a7205.2 se ha actualizado con un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ecfr.gov\/current\/title-7\/subtitle-B\/chapter-I\/subchapter-M\/part-205\">definici\u00f3n de \"ayuda a la plantaci\u00f3n en papel\"<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Actualizaci\u00f3n del lenguaje: \"colofonia de madera\" sustituye a \"resina de madera\" en \u00a7205.605(a)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A partir del 14 de diciembre de 2022, CCOF puede empezar a revisar y aprobar las solicitudes de los clientes para a\u00f1adir estos materiales a su Plan del Sistema Org\u00e1nico (PSO). Ver el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.federalregister.gov\/documents\/2022\/11\/14\/2022-24111\/amendments-to-the-national-list-of-allowed-and-prohibited-substances-per-october-2020-and-april-2021\">Norma final en el Registro Federal<\/a> para m\u00e1s detalles.<\/p>\n<p>Esta nueva adici\u00f3n a la lista nacional de ayudas a la plantaci\u00f3n en papel formaliza una autorizaci\u00f3n temporal por la que los operadores pod\u00edan utilizar macetas de cadena de papel u otros productos similares. Si anteriormente se le hab\u00eda autorizado a utilizar un producto como las macetas de cadena de papel, que cumple los requisitos para ser considerado una ayuda para la plantaci\u00f3n a base de papel, puede seguir utilizando estos productos.
