{"id":32956,"date":"2022-03-29T18:20:46","date_gmt":"2022-03-29T18:20:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ccof.org\/removals-from-the-national-list-of-allowed-and-prohibited-substances\/"},"modified":"2025-08-12T18:49:39","modified_gmt":"2025-08-12T18:49:39","slug":"removals-from-the-national-list-of-allowed-and-prohibited-substances","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ccof.org\/es\/news\/removals-from-the-national-list-of-allowed-and-prohibited-substances\/","title":{"rendered":"Supresiones de la lista nacional de sustancias permitidas y prohibidas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El 28 de febrero de 2022, el Programa Org\u00e1nico Nacional (NOP) emiti\u00f3 una norma final para eliminar las siguientes sustancias de la Lista Nacional de Sustancias Permitidas y Prohibidas (Lista Nacional):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cultivos: Vitamina B1 eliminada de \u00a7205.601<\/li>\n<li>Ganado: Proca\u00edna eliminada de \u00a7205.603<\/li>\n<li>Manejo: Ingredientes no org\u00e1nicos eliminados de \u00a7205.605 y \u00a7205.606\n<ul>\n<li>\u00c1cido alg\u00ednico<\/li>\n<li>Colores (color de zumo de grosella negra, color de zumo de ar\u00e1ndanos, color de zumo de zanahoria, color de zumo de cereza, color de zumo de uva, color de piment\u00f3n, color de zumo de calabaza, color de extracto de c\u00farcuma)<\/li>\n<li>Kelp<\/li>\n<li>Harina de konjac<\/li>\n<li>F\u00e9cula de batata<\/li>\n<li>Hojas de laurel turco<\/li>\n<li>Concentrado de prote\u00edna de suero<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La norma final entrar\u00e1 en vigor el 30 de marzo de 2022, momento en el que el CCOF ya no podr\u00e1 aprobar las solicitudes de los clientes para a\u00f1adir estos materiales a su Plan de Sistema Org\u00e1nico (PSO). Ver la\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.federalregister.gov\/documents\/2022\/02\/28\/2022-03851\/national-organic-program-amendments-to-the-national-list-of-allowed-and-prohibited-substances-2022\">Registro Federal<\/a>\u00a0para m\u00e1s detalles. Si estas sustancias ya han sido aprobadas y est\u00e1n incluidas en el PSO de una operaci\u00f3n, la norma final permite periodos de aplicaci\u00f3n para retirarlas de los PSO.<\/p>\n<p>Para los productores de cultivos actualmente aprobados para usar vitamina B1 y los productores de ganado actualmente aprobados para usar proca\u00edna, la fecha de cumplimiento para la eliminaci\u00f3n del PSO del operador es el 15 de marzo de 2023, un per\u00edodo de implementaci\u00f3n de un a\u00f1o. Para los manipuladores actualmente aprobados para usar los ingredientes no org\u00e1nicos mencionados anteriormente, la fecha de cumplimiento para la eliminaci\u00f3n del PSO del operador es el 15 de marzo de 2024, un per\u00edodo de implementaci\u00f3n de dos a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>Si est\u00e1 utilizando alguna de estas sustancias en su producci\u00f3n org\u00e1nica, CCOF se pondr\u00e1 en contacto con usted para eliminar y sustituir estos nuevos materiales prohibidos antes de sus respectivas fechas de aplicaci\u00f3n. Usted puede solicitar la adici\u00f3n de materiales de reemplazo enviando una solicitud a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ccof.org\/es\/blog\/inbox@ccof.org\/\">inbox@ccof.org<\/a>.
