El 25 de junio de 2021, el Programa Org\u00e1nico Nacional (NOP) emiti\u00f3 una regla final para agregar tres sustancias a la Lista Nacional de Sustancias Permitidas y Prohibidas (Lista Nacional): \u00e1cido ox\u00e1lico dihidratado, pullulan y gel de col\u00e1geno. La norma final entra en vigor el 26 de julio de 2021, y se puede encontrar en el Registro Federal<\/a>.<\/p>\n

El \u00e1cido ox\u00e1lico dihidratado se a\u00f1ade a \u00a7205.603 como un sint\u00e9tico permitido para su uso como plaguicida en la apicultura org\u00e1nica (apicultura) para controlar los \u00e1caros Varroa. El \u00e1cido ox\u00e1lico es una sustancia de origen natural, pero su adici\u00f3n a \u00a7205.603 permite el uso de \u00e1cido ox\u00e1lico dihidratado que ha sido sintetizado a trav\u00e9s de procesos qu\u00edmicos.<\/p>\n

Pullulan y gel de col\u00e1geno se agregan a \u00a7205.605 sustancias no agr\u00edcolas (no org\u00e1nicas). Pullulan se a\u00f1ade a \u00a7205.605(a) para uso exclusivo en tabletas y c\u00e1psulas para suplementos diet\u00e9ticos etiquetados como \"hechos con ingredientes org\u00e1nicos\". El gel de col\u00e1geno se a\u00f1ade a \u00a7205.605(b) para su uso como cubierta en productos procesados etiquetados como \"org\u00e1nicos\" o \"hechos con ingredientes org\u00e1nicos\". El gel de col\u00e1geno no org\u00e1nico puede usarse s\u00f3lo cuando el gel de col\u00e1geno org\u00e1nico no est\u00e9 disponible comercialmente.<\/p>\n
