PSA-Approved Food Safety Workshops

Get Ready for the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA)

Check FSMA compliance off your to-do list!

Has your produce farm sent a supervisor to attend the Produce Safety Alliance (PSA)-approved workshop that meets the FSMA training requirement for produce growers?

If not, we’re here to help. Produce farms that gross between $250,000-$500,000 in annual sales may be required by the FSMA Produce Safety Rule to have a supervisor attend a PSA-approved workshop by January of 2019. Produce farms that gross less than $250,000 in annual sales may be required to have a supervisor attend a PSA-approved workshop by January of 2020. Attend one of our low-cost, in-person workshops that will fulfill this requirement.

About the Workshops

The CCOF Foundation is hosting PSA-approved workshops* that will help you complete your training requirement under FSMA. During the day-long workshop trainers will cover FSMA-required practices, recordkeeping, and other details. Lunch and materials are included in registration. After the workshop, participants will be sent an official certificate of course completion.

Check back for final workshop dates and registration information.

These workshops are based upon work that is supported by the National Institute of Food and Agriculture, U.S. Department of Agriculture, under award number 2017-70020-27242.

*Dates and locations subject to change.
