Organic Recordkeeping Webinar Series for Growers

Are you looking for new ideas to improve your organic recordkeeping systems? Are you curious about what digital recordkeeping options might be a good fit for your farm? Are you new to organic farming and want to find out more about the records you need to keep for organic certification?

The CCOF Foundation and National Center for Appropriate Technology (NCAT) are here to help! Join us this summer for a series of free webinars on organic recordkeeping for growers.

In our Organic Recordkeeping 101 webinar on August 21, Ann Baier from NCAT will review the records required to meet the USDA National Organic Program standards for certified organic crop production. Then, see on-farm examples of organic recordkeeping from Daniel Parson, the farmer-educator at the Oxford Organic Farm in Oxford, Georgia.

Then, on September 12, join Thea Rittenhouse from NCAT for a webinar on Digital Organic Recordkeeping for growers. The webinar will highlight the vast diversity of digital tools for organic recordkeeping, including downloadable templates and Google Forms, as well as recordkeeping software COGPro and AgSquared.
