The deadlines to submit public comments and register for oral comments to the National Organic Standards Board (NOSB) at their fall meeting in Tucson are approaching! It is critical that members of the organic community submit public comments on the substances up for re-listing or removal from the National List of Allowed & Prohibited Substances and the other NOSB agenda items.

In-person comments will be accepted in Tucson on April 25, 2018 from 10:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Commenters must register before April 4, 2018 to speak to the board.
Complete the OTA Sunset Surveys
The Organic Trade Association (OTA) is compiling data for each substance up for Sunset Review through
quick surveys. The information received in the surveys will help shape OTA’s public comments and will be submitted to NOSB.
