Regional Service Representatives
CCOF employs Regional Service Representatives (RSRs) to ensure the certification process is efficient. CCOF RSRs provide a variety of services in your area ranging from inspection assignment and file handling to answering certification questions and assisting with the initial application process.
Once your certification application is accepted you are assigned to a chapter and an associated RSR. The RSR will assign an inspector and is available to answer all your questions. With regional knowledge, diverse language skills and local contacts, CCOF RSRs provide a high level of service to meet your needs.
