This November, CCOF will launch a survey of our membership in partnership with Washington State University’s Social and Economic Sciences Research Center (SESRC).
It is important to receive responses from a wide range of CCOF-certified businesses, so we encourage as many of our members as possible to submit your survey. Your information and responses will remain confidential; the results will be presented in such a way that no individual’s response can be identified by CCOF.
We are surveying members to learn more about your certified organic businesses and how to improve CCOF services. The results will provide CCOF leadership with research-based data to help us improve and expand our services and programs.
U.S.-Based Members
CCOF members based within the United States will receive a letter in the mail with a unique code to complete the survey electronically. A hard copy of the survey will also be mailed with a prepaid return envelope to U.S. CCOF members.
Please use the addressed return envelope provided with the survey and do not mail the survey back to CCOF.
Members Outside of United States
CCOF members outside the United States will receive an email invitation to complete the survey electronically. SESRC will be sending periodic reminders to complete the survey via email.
