2026 Annual Certification Fee Adjustment for NOP, COR, & OCal
To support long-term sustainability and continue delivering high-quality service, CCOF will implement a 3.6% increase in annual certification fees for 2026.
This adjustment reflects our move toward small, predictable annual increases—a strategy designed to minimize the need for larger, infrequent changes. By making modest updates each year, we aim to provide greater financial clarity and stability for our members.
These fee changes are effective October 1, 2025, and will be reflected for existing clients on your 2026 Annual Renewal Invoice mailed to you in early November 2025.
CCOF remains deeply committed to keeping certification affordable and competitive with other accredited certifiers. We understand the importance of cost predictability for organic operations and strive to ensure that our fees reflect the value of the services we provide.
The adjusted fee schedule can be found in the CCOF Certification Services Program Manual on October 1 and on the back of your 2026 annual fee invoice (mailed in early November).
Annual Certification Fee for Retailers
For retailers with more than 10 locations the Annual Certification fee per location is increasing to $350. For restaurants with more than 10 locations the fee per location increases to $650.

Add Retail Location Service Fee Increase Effective October 1, 2025
We are implementing a modest fee adjustment for the Add Retail Location service. This update aligns with other service fee increases that went into effect on July 15, 2025.
CCOF charges the following fee when complete location information is submitted to add a new retail location to an existing certification:
- $350 if submitted within 60 or more days of opening
- $500 if submitted within 59-30 days of opening
- $650 if submitted within 29-0 days of opening
These fees changes are effective October 1, 2025.
