Bejo Seeds is a long-time partner of the CCOF Foundation and supporter of our Future Organic Farmer grant program since 2019. CCOF’s Future Organic Farmer grants are an investment in our future food system. The more beginning farmers pursue organic methods, the more we increase organic acreage, provide our communities with clean, organic food, and increase access to organic seed usage across the US.
This June, Bejo will bring their expertise in organic seed systems to Biofach America, the much-anticipated conference in Atlanta, Georgia. Known for their deep involvement in organic seed development and their commitment to strengthening the organic supply chain, Bejo offers a valuable perspective on one of the most complex challenges in organic agriculture: increasing the use of organic seed. Their participation in this year’s conference highlights the importance of collaborative, multi-sector efforts to advance organic integrity from seed to table.
Biofach America is the first stand-alone, all-organic trade show in North America. This year’s program addresses key topics such as climate change and organic farming, shifting U.S. policy impacts, retail and market trends, innovation in organic agriculture, and natural farming practices.
