123 Farm is located on the grounds of Highland Springs Resort, a historic Resort with Hotel, Meeting Rooms, Fine Dining Restaurant (Teh grand Oak Steakhouse & Bar), a Science Camp, Organic Farm, and hopefully a future Wellness-Center and Vineyard.
We host the annual Lavender Festival in June, Olive and Wine Festival in October and sponsor other festivals year-round.
The Property includes 2400 Acres, mostly wild chaparral and hiking trials with approx. 120 Acres used for farming. We are surrounded by National Forest and our Bear Family Greenclub (a nonprofit), educates the public about natural health, organics and the environment.
