This document is provided to CCOF clients and staff to provide guidance for determining whether processing/ handling practices comply with the requirements for compliance certification to the COR standards. These standards apply ONLY to operations producing organic food products in Canada.

Describe your organic products and co-packers. Attach labels and co-packer certificates to this form. Update this form when you add a new product. CCOF also has unique and helpful forms for wines. Check out the topic "Add a wine or wine label" to learn more. Note that this form has replaced the H2.5 Off-Site Handling form.

Describe your multi-ingredient product formulas/recipes and calculate organic content. Complete one form per product and update this form when formulas change.

Give us your facility address so we know where to inspect and attach a site map and production flow diagram. Update this form when you want to add a new type of organic processing or equipment.

List the private label products you process for non-CCOF certified brand owners. Attach certified private label owner certificates to this form. Complete one form for each different non-CCOF certified brand owner you process for.

If you hold live animals for slaughter for up to one week, tell us how you manage them.

Describe how you track organic ingredients and finished product. Attach sample records. Update this form if you change record keeping processes.
