CCOF’s governing Board of Directors is elected by certified members for two year terms. Board members include chapter representatives that are nominated by chapter members. CCOF, Inc. also has several committees in place to address a variety of topics such as Certification Standards (advisory), Finance, Bylaws, Marketing, Personnel, and Government Affairs.

Will Daniels - Since 1999, Will Daniels has worked for Earthbound Farm, the nation’s largest grower, packer and shipper of organic produce. He is the company’s Vice President of Quality, Food Safety, and Organic Integrity. An active leader in the organic industry, Will also serves on the board of directors of California Certified Organic Farmers as Chair, as well as being President of the Processor/Handler Chapter. Prior to working with Earthbound Farm, Will had his own food service consulting company where he worked on projects in menu revision, nutrition and food safety. He graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo with a bachelor of science in nutrition.
